Before moving to Westchester I worked in kitchens in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Berkshires, including Eataly, Bien Cuit and SoCo Creamery.
I love deceptively simple pastries. I’m drawn to developing techniques with high quality ingredients. Owning my own company is a great excuse to make all my favorite things. My menu is full of classics but made just how I like them, after years of needling the recipes into place. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do.
